This review is long overdue. I found NOVA Landscape & Design by chance through a Google search. I was lucky! Great company to work with from beginning to end. Cameron (office) and Jason (designer) were fantastic. Jason was incredibly responsive and accommodating… and very creative. Pricing and discounts offered were unbeatable - especially considering the final product. Wali and Dalton were fantastic and always available throughout the project. The work crew was polite and hard-working.
I added a pool and a new shed to my backyard during COVID, then had NOVA design, quote. and build a covered pavilion, a patio with an outdoor fireplace, a small patio for lounge chairs, a retaining wall, and walkways to tie everything together. Wow, did they come through and deliver. Our backyard went from no-man’s land that I detested, neglected and avoided for 10 years to essentially a new outdoor living space where we spend long hours morning, day, and night.

I normally don't write online reviews but I felt compelled to in this case because my experience was simply phenomenal. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.
From the beginning, they were fist class. Cameron's customer service was great - he's a genuine good guy who wants to help you. They worked up several different 3D computer designs, which were really high quality, showing us different options for our stair layout and the impact on cost and space. They were also more creative with our space, giving us more square footage for the deck than other competitors based on their designs.
The pricing is beyond fair. They came in lower than other quotes I had received (from companies who did not put in as much time or delivery nearly as professional of service) and then they came in under budget!
Wali and his team were amazing in terms of constructing the deck. Wali is also a genuinely good guy and extremely knowledgeable about design and construction. They took care of all the permitting paperwork with the county and my HOA and just made it super easy on us. They were able to finish the deck within about a week of starting the project, which ended up being ahead of the original schedule.
And they are extremely responsive. They have a cool text system where you can text questions and they respond within minutes. They also use this to provide status updates on the project, which nice.

I really enjoyed touring their Outdoor Showplace as I’m very visual, and it gave me the ability to better grasp what the designer was suggesting. The project took a little longer then anticipated but after speaking with them they explained it was due to Covid so I really can’t fault them for that. They had someone at the job site everyday explaining what was being done which was really helpful. Would for sure recommend to friends and family. Show less

My co worker told me about NOVA Landscape after they did an impeccable job on his patio. I called to set up an appointment and a couple days later was paired up with Brian. Brian really listened to what I wanted but also gave his recommendations. A few more days later he returned with a 3D design of what my deck would look like. The whole process took a couple of weeks but in the end my deck looks amazing. The installation team were hands on and very courteous. Any questions I had were answered promptly and everyone I was in contact with was very professional.

I chose NOVA Landscape & Design based on research, reputation and reviews. Needless to say, the company lived up to what I expected based on my reviews and in most cases exceeded my expectations.
Prior to selecting NOVA Landscape, I met with two other companies. One was very pushy and the other was cheaper, but neither provided a computerized graphic design of what the finished project would look like. Both expected me to make an on the spot decision.
NOVA Landscape sent a design representative. He talked to me and my wife about what were looking for in terms of a design, took measurements and was on his way. Two or three days later he came back a presented a computerized graphic lay out of the design as a recommendation. The first draft was go! We had a few weather delays, but the project started approximately three weeks later.
Both the hardscape and landscape staffs were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend NOVA Landscape & Design for both your hardscape and landscape needs! Show less

From day one, Wali and his team were by far the most professional, dedicated, accommodating, and hardworking contractors I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. My wife and I have gone through this process several times with contracting companies to complete many home improvement projects over the years and I wish I had found NOVA a long time ago. Their consultation was courteous and meaningful, they are very reasonably priced, they showed up when they said they would, they worked nonstop (I’m not sure I actually witnessed them take breaks other than lunch), and they gave me exactly what I asked for in terms of design. My backyard was an erosion nightmare and an eyesore. After Wali and his team were finished, it became an aesthetically pleasing living space that is now the crown jewel of my property. I cannot put into words how happy I am with the result. Guests who come to visit are literally in awe when I take them outside. If I require a similar service in the future, I will go straight to them first. Show less

Even though we had some issues waiting on HOA approval they were on the ball the whole time, keeping up with everything. We had them redo our backyard with a paver patio and a small retaining wall to prevent more of our backyard from sliding away, as well as regrading the backyard. I cannot express how fantastic the end results are. We have a functional backyard! Finally! They helped design a way to make it all functional and then made it happen... quickly and efficiently AND without any hiccups. If you have landscaping needs don't hesitate to come to NOVA Landscaping. Seriously. Show less
