Submit a Labor Warranty Claim
All NOVA hardscape installations include a one (1) year labor warranty as described in the Workmanship Labor Warranty. If you’re experiencing a problem you believe is related to a defect in workmanship, please submit the details below, along with one or more photos that show the issue with your installation. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to follow up or request additional information related to your claim.
Please note that problems related to the structural integrity of hardscaping products must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
